
Japanese Sake Clam Bake
1. 6 clams
2. 50ml sake
3. 10g ginger, julienned
4. 10g scallions, julienned
STEPS
1. Combine Ingredients
    ● Place clams, sake, and ginger in a foil bowl.
2. Bake
    ● Bake at 180°C for 18 minutes until clams open fully.
3. Garnish
    ● Remove from oven, top with scallion threads. 
    ● Serve immediately.
