
Two-Flavor Baked Crab
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 whole crabs
2. 3 garlic cloves, sliced
3. ½ stalk scallion, sliced
4. 5g salt
5. 10g shredded mozzarella cheese
STEPS
1. Boil Crab
    ● Boil crabs with salt and scallion slices in water for 3 minutes. 
    ● Remove and drain.
2. Prepare Legs
    ● Snip off the crab legs, season with pepper salt, and wrap them in aluminum foil.
3. Stuff Shell
    ● Line a baking tray with foil. Separate the crab body from the shell, remove the gills, and transfer the roe to the shell.
    ● Top with minced garlic and shredded mozzarella.
4. Bake
    ● Bake at 190°C for 19 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
